3.1. Some ONET stores offer a free delivery service for orders over a nominated value – please contact your store for delivery details.
3.2. Due to freight costs, some orders may incur a delivery charge and this will vary depending on the order.

3.4. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days depending on stock availability. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 10 business days depending on your location.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
4.1. Returns and exchanges must be authorised by your Ezi Office Supplies store and are subject to the following conditions:
4.1.1. Returns of stocked items that are incorrectly ordered may be accepted within 7 days from date of delivery.
4.1.2. Returns of non-stocked items (special orders) that are incorrectly ordered may not be accepted. This will be at the discretion of your Ezi Office Supplies store.
4.1.3. Proof of purchase must be provided.
4.1.4. Returned products may incur freight charges and/or re-stocking fees.
4.1.5. Returned products must be of merchantable quality with original packaging, unless the issue relates to faulty product or the product is under warranty.
4.1.6. Returned products may be subject to manufacturer’s warranty conditions. For information and conditions about guarantees and warranties please contact your Ezi Office Supplies store.
4.2. Should you have a major problem with a product, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund as follows:
4.2.1. Replacement products will be of an identical type to the product originally supplied, subject to availability.
4.2.2. Refunds will be the same amount you have already paid, provided in the same form as your original payment.
4.2.3. We may take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product considering the following factors; type of product, how you are likely to use the product, the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used and the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.
5.1. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
5.2. We also offer 30 day accounts to approved customers.
5.3. For ordering online we accept the following methods of payment:

6. Order Process
6.1. Unless previously quoted, you accept that any extra freight charges may be added to your order.
6.2. Once payment has been accepted, your order will be processed within 24 hours and dispatched unless otherwise advised.
6.3. Customers will be notified via email or phone if delays in shipping occur.
6.4. By submitting an order through our website you warrant that you are capable of entering into a legally binding contract with your Ezi Office Supplies store, you are authorised and able to make payment via the method you have selected and the information you have provided is correct.

7.1. Due to limitations of actual viewing conditions, photographic techniques and picture availability, colours represented on the enclosed image profiles are as close as possible to the actual image but may not be an exact representation.

8.1. All items shown have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods, as described, will be available at the time of inclusion.
